The Islander Jello Shot Recipe
It's simple and fun!
1 (6oz) package of pineapple jello
2 cups of boiling water
1 ½ cup of Coconut Rum
1/2 cup pineapple juice
Dissolve jello into the boiling water.
Allow to cool before mixing in all other ingredients.
Add the Coconut Rum and pineapple juice, mixing well.
Pour into individual plastic shot cups.
Refrigerate overnight.
Tipsy Tip!!: Leave out the pineapple juice and add 1/2 cup crushed pineapple drained
and soaked in Coconut Rum for an extra kick!!!
